My purpose and passion is to assist people in making healthy choices that will enhance our future quality of life. The past 3 years have been life-changing and 2015 stands out as a year of personal and professional growth.
Here, I will share my favourite workouts, gear, inspiration and the organisations and charities who are affecting change, disrupting the status quo and making a real and tangible difference.
I truly believe that in life IF there is a will, there IS a way. My dream is to inspire and motivate every single one of you to make the change you want to see. I believe that health and fitness are not mutually exclusive and that the choices we make today will have a huge impact on our future.
Every day we are making a contribution to the future. Recently returning from LA, Scottie and I tried and tested the latest fitness haunts and trained with some of the world’s greatest trainers. Together Scottie and I over the past year have trained with and gained knowledge from leading fitness experts in Sydney, LA, Singapore, Tel Aviv, London, Melbourne and NYC. Why? To ensure we can collaborate with the world and deliver the most holistic and tangible approach to health possible, with the intention to continually expand and explore healthy human conditioning on a personalised and sustainable level
wHO IS KERI KITAY?
Having worked in PR for almost 10 years, it was in 2013 when Keri made the decision to start Kitay PR - a boutique PR agency specialising in health, fitness and lifestyle brands, services and experts which provided a personalised approach.
in 2014, Kitay PR merged with Scott Henderson Media to form Team Unltd - a network of Australia's most influential brands and experts.
A passion for health and fitness and a desire to inspire others has lead Keri to focusing predominantly in the area of health and fitness - why? Because making a difference in peoples quality of life and instilling healthy habits is something she is extremely passionate about and is devoted to affecting positive change.
